From serene hill stations to bustling cities, each location provides a unique experience that combines ancient yogic practices with the beauty of nature and the richness of Indian culture.
Itinerary
Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to hotel.
Afternoon visit Akshardham Temple. 'Akshardham' means the divine abode of God. It is hailed
as an eternal place of devotion, purity and peace. Swaminarayan Akshardham at New Delhi is a Mandir – an abode of God, a Hindu house of worship, and a spiritual and cultural campus dedicated to devotion,
learning and harmony. Timeless Hindu spiritual messages, vibrant devotional traditions and ancient
architecture all are echoed in its art and architecture. The mandir is a humble tribute to Bhagwan
Swaminarayan (1781- 1830), the avatars, devas and great sages of Hinduism. The traditionally-styled
complex was inaugurated on 6 November 2005 with the blessings of HH Pramukh Swami Maharaj and
through the devoted efforts of skilled artisans and volunteers.
Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Dehradun- Modi Yoga Retreat (01:15 Hrs).
Breakfast at hotel and transfer to airport to board flight for Dehradun. Meeting and assistance on arrival
and transfer to Modi Yoga Retreat . On arrival check in to Modi Yoga Retreat.
Lunch at Modi Yoga Retreat.
Evening attend Arati on Triveni Ghat. Triveni Ghat is a confluence of three holy rivers of India -
Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati. One of the biggest and most famous ghats in Rishikesh, it is also one
of the most revered sacred bathing spots. Triveni Ghat is where the famous Ganga Aarti takes place
every evening.
Morning Yoga class.
The yoga classes would include philosophy and breath awareness throughout.
One hour - Early Morning silent meditation and/or Pranayama.
Tea break.
Two hours - mid morning - Yoga Class - Two hours of yoga class - asanas, bandhas, mudras,
pranayama, philosophy.
Lunch at Modi Yoga Retreat.
Afternoon visit Beatles Ashram Formerly known as Chaurasi Kutia, Beatles Ashram happens to be
a popular ashram located at Rishikesh in Uttarakhand. The place received a lot of hype and achieved
wide recognition after the Beatles band of Liverpool came to stay there in the year 1986. The members
of the band practiced meditation and composed many good songs in this place.
After visiting Beatles Ashram proceed to visit Parmarth Niketan Ashram follow by Ganga Aarati .
Parmarth Niketan is a peaceful spiritual retreat located on the banks of the Ganges in Rishikesh. It is
one of the largest and most respected ashrams in India, offering a calm and welcoming space for yoga,
meditation, and spiritual learning. In this Ashram, evening Ganga Aarti is a magical experience where
chants, music, and lamps create a soulful atmosphere. The Ashram is surrounded by nature and the
sound of flowing water. Parmarth Niketan is a must-visit when in Rishikesh and is one of Rishikesh's
top attraction.
After sightseeing of Rishikesh drive to Modi Yoga Retreat. Dinner and overnight at Modi Yoga Retreat.

After Lunch proceed for half day excursion to Mussoorie. Visit Mussoorie Mall Road, located in the
heart of Mussoorie, is a bustling promenade offering panoramic views of the Doon Valley and the
Himalayas. This colonial-era relic, now filled with modern shops, video game parlours, and skating rinks,
is perfect for leisurely strolls and shopping for local handicrafts. Key attractions include the Mussoorie
Library, Camel's Back Road, and Kulri Bazaar.
After sightseeing drive back to Modi Yoga Retreat. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Breakfast at hotel and drive to Uttarkashi (Netala). On arrival check in Shivalaya Yoga Shala.
Evening brief session and discussion with Yoga Acharya Naveen Ji and Deeksha Ji.
"Introduction to the principles of Yoga"(workshop will be tailored to the level of practice and
experience of the participants).
"Light on ayurveda - The Yoga lifestyle” . Dinner and overnight at hotel Shivalaya Yoga Shala.

charming village, known for its traditional mud houses and hospitable locals. The area is surrounded
by lush greenery, making it ideal for peaceful walks along the river.

Afternoon visit Uttarkashi, the headquarters of the eponymous district, is an ancient land with
rich cultural heritage and a picture-postcard-like appeal with sweeping mountain views. It is famous for
an ancient temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, which is visited by thousands throughout the year. As the
name suggests, it's considered to be the Kashi (another name for Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh, which is
home to one of the most renowned Lord Shiva temples) of the north (uttar). Uttarkashi is dotted with
several temples dedicated to Lord Hanuman, Goddess Durga, Parshuram, Dattatrya, Bhairav,
Annapurna, Laksheswar, Ekadashrudra, etc. It is surrounded by high Himalayan ranges, green
meadows and several hot springs. In winter, it is enveloped in snow.
Dinner and overnight at Shivalaya Yoga Shala.
Breakfast at Shivalaya Yoga Shala and start driving to Dehradun. On arrival check in to hotel.
Evening visit Mind rolling Monastery, located in Clement Town, Dehradun, is one of the largest
and most significant Tibetan Buddhist centres in India, established in 1965. Renowned for its 200-foot
tall Great Stupa and a 130-foot statue of Buddha, it acts as a serene centre for learning the Nyingma
school's traditions.
Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Breakfast at hotel and transfer to Dehradun airport to board flight for Delhi. Meeting and assistance on
arrival and transfer to hotel.
Breakfast at hotel and transfer to Dehradun airport to board flight for onward destination.

- A current New Zealand passport is required valid six months beyond the date of travel.

Health and Fitness
- There are no obligatory inoculations required.
- The tour stays in boutique / premium hotels and meals included will be at recommended restaurants which will minimize health risks.
- Hepatitis should not be an issue, but precautionary measures are your personal choice.

- Malaria prevention varies considerably. Check with your medical professional.
- A good standard of health and mobility are required with the ability to climb steps and walk up hills.
